Today everyone is using Fossil Fuels for the sake of some kind of energy but they are ignoring the future consequences that everyone will have to face. That time is not so far when we will be short of these natural fuels but will be full of problems and disparities.
Usage of Coal, Natural Gas, and Petroleum for the sake of some heat, energy, and light is a dumb step. By using these hazardous things, we are keeping our lives and health at stake by putting nature in a dark zone.
By burning these Fossil Fuels many pollutants are released which causes air pollution. Air pollution is the cause of many deaths and dangerous diseases like heart disease, stroke, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), lung cancer, and acute lower respiratory infections in children.
Fossil Fuels release oxides of carbon, nitrogen, sulfur, etc., that cause acid rain which is very harmful to the aquatic lives and decaying of the beauty of monuments (like the Taj Mahal which is becoming Yellow) and other things, affecting soil fertility and potable water. By this many nutritious and fertile natural products lose their fertility and affect the whole environment.
The burning of fossil fuels produces gases such as carbon dioxide that causes global warming. By this, the temperature of the Earth’s atmosphere increases and increases many disasters like floods, heatwaves, storms, and drought.
Also, the process of mining these fuels is itself very minacious. The mining causes erosion, sinkholes, deforestation, loss of biodiversity, significant use of water resources, dammed rivers, and ponded waters, wastewater disposal issues, acid mine drainage, and contamination of soil, ground, and surface water, all of which can lead to health issues.
There are many ways to conserve the usage of Fossil Fuels. We can build a Clean Energy Future by replacing these fuels with renewable resources of energy like Solar Energy, Wind Energy, and all.
The use of cars and vehicles which run through charging or electricity is way better than using normal vehicles which need petroleum. Also, by not using the vehicles which need natural resources more can bring up the huge change like car-pooling, using public transport and walking/cycling for nearby places.
Everything is in our hands. If we want then we can destroy everything but if we want, we can even make our nature more beautiful by taking small steps.
